Remains of the Day Culturing Vertilicillium from potato stems on SPT media - freezing all tissues afterwards Ran gel PCR. Was hoping to get enough amp with just DC6 and OomR, but seems I will have to investigate the nested TRFLP approach further for specificity (see below)
