Remains of the Day Eugenia Banks sending healthy and unhealthy potatoes for me to process and analyze tommorow. Got house pythium sequences from Yibin and tested enzymes on them. DdeI looks like it won't work well (doesn't cut Pythium sequences much) while HhaI does! So I will repeat the TRFLP using HhaI. First, I'll just do the Phytophtera fragaria nested PCR on those 96 samples.
