Remains of the Day Paint bacterial speck and spot suspensions onto plants and incubate for two weeks. - did not do, perhaps Tuesday when other true leaves start to emerge Sequences failed cause the M13 Forward primer falls outside the amplified region. Must use T7 or SP6 to sequence. Made virtual TRFLP for individual strains used in the strawberry innoculation experiment. Only enterobacter are really detectable with those primers. :-/
