Remains of the Day Meet with Amy to discuss/experiment differences in TRFLP approaches - George organized the meeting and it was agreed to lower the cutoff to 30 and do limited handchecking. Victory because of the Sylvite project! (without my input/technique, no results would have been arrived at) Run PCR of corn samples - I did Run gel of TRFLP amplicons to check if they work - see below (some fungus and corn left off for space limitation reasons.
