Remains of the Day Write up TBG report today (basically do results/discussion section) and give to George Get interns to extract DNA from strawberries and TBG corn samples - (maybe tommorow) Redo failed PCRs from MBA trial from last week (see below) --> these were all put into the original wells for 96 well restriction and transfer Analyze tomato soil amendmant trial TRFLP results (the unpurified ones) - didn't get around to it
