Remains of the Day

  • Run gel of PCR from Thursday and digest with BstNI if positive (gel below - will digest tommorow)
  • Analyze dilutions from Thursday and email Guelph back (tell them we'll have to do test again with new samples)
  • Harvest the rest of the tomatoes and start extracting DNA - waiting for tommorow
  • Process frozen strawberry roots and soil samples (didn't, but starting the process of putting them in lims first)
  • Ran fungal PCR of strawberry last samples from SMT and will check tommorow if they worked
