Remains of the Day Coat seed with TBS and fractions at 1:200 and 1:400 concentrations - plant them later in the day in TVD soil (did this but not for the alpine treatment - planted but didn't water them) Process photos and data from yesterday's corn germination measurements Get soil and root samples from a couple days ago, then freeze them in tubes for DNA isolation and so on Look at TRFLP dilution data from yesterday (with Ybing) and decide on dilution for protocol Redid MBF fungal PCRs (cause I forgot to restrict the samples I sent to Guelph)
