Remains of the Day Made cDNA of potatoes and tomatoes using 1 ug and 1.5 hours of DNAse digestion Beleive I have to redo PCR of Brazilian sand, water, terra preta, and subsoil. Will also include seed samples, do 2 technical replicates, and do same for fungal ITS
