Remains of the Day Arrange with Steve Evans for more liquid nitrogen (maybe get to extract RNA today if you do) Do nested PCR on NSA3/NCL2 primer PCRs from yesterday, using ITS1F and ITS4 (doing 35 cycles of gradient with 1ul of PCR product as template) Do 799F and 1392R PCR on SantaMaria soil samples (spec them for concentration first)
