Remains of the Day Treat potatoes with IBR and actigard (then again on Friday and harvest on Monday) Do PCR on rest of Brazil samples, soil swap samples, strawberry soil and ethanol precipitate for tommorow restriction PCR worked for some, but a few samples evaporated and others (all phylosphere, endophere and soils) basically were dominated by primer dimers instead. This could be because of low anealing temp and shortened extention time (30 seconds vs 45). Trying again now with 50 degrees and 45 seconds.
