The Daily Grind

  • To do:
    • Finish analysis of Amy's TRFLP data and gain understanding of Unscrambler
    • Discuss projects and find way to get objectives and organizational structure written up on Teamwork website
    • Take DNA extracts from three soils, culture dilutions from each on R2A, (after autoclaving sand) and then send all three for chemical analysis
    • Plan/brainstorm primers for 16S TRFLP. Maybe order Max550 labelled 27f (or 799f) to match the company 1389r 6FAM labelled primer
