The Daily Grind tested out cDNA and RT pcr primers for potatoe and tomatoe PR1 and EF1. Annealing was 56 Celcius, 30 second extention time with 35 cycles. the cDNA all came out great, but I think I forgot to add taq to the PR1 tests on the bottom row (far left bottom is negative control followede by potato pr1, tomatoe pr1, then left over + ef1, and blended ef1)
