The Daily Grind Cole planted corn in the greenhouse for me Made overnights of all remaining bacteria for soil experiment Submitted second round of seed1 (original seed) and seed2 (paisley seed) TRFLP samples (amplified 35 times with 27f/1492r, then 35 times with 799f/1492rh), and two reps of soil swap samples which were amplified 50 times with 27f/1492r, then 35 times with 799f/1492rh.
