The Daily Grind To do: Harvest plasmid from overnights and test digests for inserts. To do: Cut up potatoes for second round test dip (include another round of transgenic JM109 but at OD=0.2 instead of 1) To do: Continue cleaning sequences for soil endophyte ID To do: Do replica plating with 3 and redo 4/5 auxin, E.coli, Bacilus, Yeast, Siderophores Actually did the replica plating, so letting them grow for 48 hours, followed by 24 at 4 degrees and then analysis
