Objective Analysis and synthesis of more protein-AuNP materials. This week we made HRP-AuNPs and Myoglobin-AuNPs. Description UV Vis centrifuge 1mL of your sample (use the small centrifuge in 207) 30min at max rpm Take measurements of your samples Results Here are the UV-Vis spectra of the set of new HRP nano particles with ratios ranging from 230 to 390 and the Myoglobin nano particles with ratios from 30 to 210.
