Project Description/Abstract

  • Here we study Extension Maps in the context of Quantum Information and Open Quantum Maps.
  • In particular, we will focus on issues of initial correlations, positivity, linearity and complete positivity.


  • This is part of an Open Science collaboration with Kavan Modi
  • Spectrum conditions for symmetric extendible states - Geir Ove Myhr, Norbert Lütkenhaus [1] This paper discusses a special class of extension maps, what they call symmetric maps. This seems related to the no-broadcasting theorem. I'll look more into it.
