How to make flow cellsTake a slide, and put two pieces of double sided tape on it to create a little channel that has enough room for 10μL of liquid. Push down on the tape with the razor holder to remove any air bubbles. Place a cover slip on the tape and over the central channel. Remove all the air bubbles. Use a razor to cut away the excess tape. Take 10μL of the liquid that you want under the slide. Capillary action will carry it across the gap between the slide and cover slip. Seal with nail polish.
