Task

  • Set reactions between lysozyme-AuNp fiber and 4 different concentrations of pepsin, set 2 experiments per concentration for a total of 8 reactions.
    • System 1: Lysozyme-AuNP/57.8μM pepsin 0.00530g of pepsin diluted in 1.325 mL of buffer + 2.65 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 4 hours)
          • Lysozyme-AuNP/57.8μM pepsin 0.00398g of pepsin diluted in 1.00 mL of buffer + 2.00 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 6 days)
    • System 2: Lysozyme-AuNP/0.12μM pepsin 0.00391g of pepsin dilute in 1.00 mL of buffer, add 0.005 ml of solution + 5 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 4 hours)
          • Lysozyme-AuNP/0.14μM pepsin 0.00470g of pepsin dilute in 1.00 mL of buffer, add 0.005 ml of solution + 5 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 6 days)
    • System 3:Lysozyme-AuNP/1.2μM pepsin 0.00419g of pepsin dilute in 1.00 mL of buffer, add 0.05 ml of solution + 4.95 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 4 hours)
          • Lysozyme-AuNP/1.4μM pepsin 0.00465g of pepsin dilute in 1.00 mL of buffer, add 0.05 ml of solution + 4.95 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 6 days)
    • System 4: Lysozyme-AuNP/12.5μM pepsin 0.00780g of pepsin dilute in 2.00 mL of buffer, add 0.5 ml of solution + 4.5 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 4 hours)
          • Lysozyme-AuNP/12.6μM pepsin 0.00589g of pepsin dilute in 1.50 mL of buffer, add 0.5 ml of solution + 4.5 mL of buffer to fibers (lasting 6 days)
  • analysis for each system:
    • 1 give a 4 hours and analyze that day
    • 1 let go for a week (analyze Tuesday)
  • Color change reaction monitoring
    • No color change was observed in the first 4 hours of observation.
