Day 18: SEM Imaging Today is day 18 and we did SEM imaging today and most of our results were unsuccessful. The only fiber that had gold nanoparticles on it was the 7D sample that sat in our gold nanoparticle solution for 47 hours (it was actually supposed to be 24 hours but we forgot to take it out of solution). Next week instead of immersing the electrodes we are going to try to do electro deposition to see if the fibers will be properly coated with gold nanoparticles.
