Right now I am running the gel of the stuff I digested yesterday. Picture to come later.
As you can see we have successful digestion of pBluescript. The SapI digest (Lane 2) isn't as efficient as I would have liked, but it should suffice. I'll have more (8/26/09) about the next bunch of steps soon.
