/Isolating DNA Today the bulk of the work will be to isolate the DNA from other random gook in our samples. Also some more changes to the YGDP protocol. /TE Buffer We made some TE Buffer (from a larger one, but I still want to use this page for a TE buffer recipe when I eventually make it from scratch). /Plasmid Vectors and Cloning Kelly and I did some talking about plasmid vectors and how the cloning of everything will work. I have images, descriptions, etc of all the things I know about this process so far.
