What I did today

  • Purified aRNA for flask 1 of the current strain of interest
  • Measured concentrations and aloquoted necessary amounts for the next step
  • Ran a gel of the sample to ensure that the aRNA was intact
  • Put samples in Andrew 2 box in -80°C
