What I did today

  • Prepare Overnights for growth exp. on dSFP1, dSTB5 and liquids for new glycerols dSWI6, dTHR4
  • Streaked out 15°C/30°C cultures for preliminary observations
  • Worked with Dr. Fitzpatrick on MatLab use and function
  • Observed Dr. Dahlquist perform RNA isolation/analysis procedure
