What I did today In the Lab Ran a microarray. Also ran a gel for the RNA purification (aRNA step) The Mathematics of it Parameters do not have a lot of influence in mathematical model. Thus making the model sloppy. Degradation rates and production rates appeared to be more sensitive than the parameter values. Ran sensitivity model with Matlab.
