Tasks for November 11

  • To create a new calibration curve for lysozyme in the range 20-100 μL
  • To run dialysis of 0.6 g/L lysozyme vs 5-45 mM CaCl2 using MWCO 3500

Lysozyme bradford calibration curve

Using 0.6 g/L lysozyme stock,

  • For 20 μL of lysozyme:
    • 20 μL lysozyme
    • 200 μL Bradford - Diluted 1:3
    • 780 μL Tris/NaCl Buffer
  • For 40 μL lysozyme data point:
    • 40 μL lysozyme
    • 200 μL Bradford - Diluted 1:3
    • 760 μL Tris/NaCl Buffer

And so on up to 100 μL
