Entry title Prepare drop assay with spheroids, embebed in matrigel. Sub-culture SK and Kelly, and make a growth curve assay with Kelly and SK. Follow the protocol of competente cells to evaluate the ability of DH5 for transformation. Try to do the same in DH10 and TOP10. Waiting for Addgene stuffs.
