Question: the dS/dN ratio a more determinant on the progressor category than the rate of CD4 Tcell decline?
To determine this we will be using the sequences from subject 10 and subject 13. These two subjects were picked based on there similar amount of data points over the same period of time to have a close comparison between the two.
