I accidentally contaminated the ladder well, so I added a second in the 7th lane. I just did a bad job of casting and loading this gel, but the HmgR looks pretty pure. The GpxR lanes have a band running between the 2nd and 3rd bands from the bottom and slightly below the 3rd band from the top - looks to be a little contaminated.
