Fractional Factorial design for TG1

  • Factors are:
  1. Optical density at inoculation
  2. Flask volume (aeration rate)
  3. Inoculum resuspended in fresh medium prior to inoculation
  4. MgSO4 concentration
  5. Iron concentration
  6. Glucose concentration
  7. Trace metal solution prepared all at once or separate
