September 19th, 2011 Visualized previous day’s results. Simultaneously performed an in-gel ligation. Simultaneously performed PCA reactions using other combinations of oligos 1-12 and 13-62, 1-62 and thursday’s. Visualized these results. Decided to PCR amplify PCA recombinant DNA extracted from the gel slices using Kozminski’s gel extraction protocol. Ran amplification.
