July 26th, 2011 Mini-prepped the DNA and nanodropped it: 1) 47.3 ng/uL 2) 39.3 ng/uL 3) 54.9 ng/uL Ran the PCA with a 1:70 ratio of inner oligos to “primer” oligos. Ran the products on a gel and isolated the size we wanted. These results are low but it was expected because results isolated on a gel tend to be low. 1) ladder 2) oligos 1-20 PCA 3) oligos 21-40 PCA 4) oligos 41-62 PCA
