  • Received shipment today. Obtained and properly stored ordered reagents and materials. Determined the concentration of the DNA plasmids isolated from E. coli using the Nanodrop machine. Developed protocols for the different equipment used including the nanodrop, autoclave, centrifuge, and yeast wheel of life.
