Wet lab meeting Our goals for the following weeks are: -Mariana: 1. Do primers for the blue promoter. 2. Do LB plates with kanamycin and ampicilin. 3. Obtain luciferase by PCR or band purification. -Jorge: 1. Extract regulatory region of YcgF (blue promoter) by PCR. 2. Extract reporter plasmids by PCR. 3. Transform reporter plasmids. -Augusto 1. Extract double terminator [BBa_B0015] by plasmid extraction. 2. Do a restriction assay for the plasmids. -Zepeda 1. Transform luciferase into E. coli strains. 2. Extract plasmids.
