Extraction of plasmid

  • Today I grow of Escherichia Coli DH5-α bacterias to extract plasmid.

I extract 6 ml of plasmid of: 

J23112, J23113, j23114, J23115, J23116, J23117, J23118, J23119.

and put each one in an eppendorf tube, besides I label each one with the letters A-D.
