Entry title I did the bromide ethidium stock necessary for the gel's preparation, this gel does not need to be dyed with the classic method. I did a gel with the stock mentioned before, in order to test a ladder, I will made tomorrow this test. I grew E. coli with the plasmid psb1T3, because this plasmid contains the standard region which we need to amplify in order to insert it in a plasmid able to conjugate with R. etli.
