Biofilm Eric F. No cells grew on 5 of 6 plates. The backbone plasmid containing chloro from last year plate had too many cultures to count. The rest of the plates (all the ligations using the linearized backbone DNA from the parts distribution I THINK) grew no cells. I will fill in the OWW entry for yesterday soon.
