Entry title Today we began lab with miniprep. Doing the miniprep took up majority of the day. We also learned how to make a buffer solution so that we can use it to do the electrophoresis. We ended the day by learning how to prepare and do electrophoresis. After lab we went to the computer lab to work on the presentation that's due on May 21st.
