Entry title Today we had a lab orientation . Garrett showed us where everything is kept and how all the equipment is maintained. After the orientation we decide to make some LP media and LP plates. We printed out the protocols on how to do the media and plates from angle. After doing so we ended the day at the lab by learning how to streak on agar plates. After lab we went to the computer lab to finish up the presentation on iGEM that’s due on Wednesday.
