Identify the RBS+CI+T ligation product by electrophoresis

The 1-2K+CI+T1, 2, 3, 5 & 1-2M+CI+T1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 1-1J+CI+T1, 2, 4, 5 are target plasmids.
Choose samples:
