Causing the CI plasmids are not enough, we do more miniprep of CI
Miniprep 3 CI samples:
Sample 1: A260 = 0.146 Conc = 350ng/uL
Sample 2: A260 = 0.110 Conc = 275ng/uL
Sample 3: A260 = 0.111 Conc = 280ng/uL
Store them in -20 °C
