Entry title According to our recent investigations, we noticed that each of those three types of protein, which are used as a template for our experiments, has an emission peak at almost the same wavelength (340 nm for BSA and lysozyme and 335 for myoglobin). Because of this, we prepared three different samples of these proteins at pH 7 but we did not add Na2S at the final step. After 1 hour incubation at room temperature, we analyzed our samples and we found out that those emission peaks we got for protein templated quantom dots, were not related to the formation of ZnS quantum dots. Therefore, We decided to do the experiment for the second time. .
