8-14-15 Gel and Sequence Verification for KAH87 Successful constructs: DT019A, DT019B, DT020A, DT020B, DT021B, DT023A, DT024A, DT024B For the constructs with two colonies, the specific colony we will be using is: DT019A, DT020B, DT024A. If there aren't two copies we will be using the only colony (i.e. DT021B) Zero colonies were successful for construct DT022. This construct will have to be reattempted at a different date.
