RNA-seq of PcTF Transfected U2OS & SK-N-SH cell lines

Summary The U2OS and KAH126/U2OS cultures are on day 5 of their transfections/inductions, respectively, so it's time to harvest for RNA. The U2OS culture is probably done after this, as the remaining wells had very poor transfection efficiencies. Goals RNA extraction of U2OS & KAH126/U2OS samples Protocol RNA mini-prep w/ TRIzol & RNeasy Notes Observations, measurements, placeholder info etc. go here. Results/Conclusions Six samples were collected and placed in the -80°C freezer: U2OS Well 1 Well 2 Well 5 (negative control) KAH126/U2OS Well 2 (negative control) Well 5 Well 6 Also, unrelated to the above samples, but the RNA collected from the previous KAH126/U2OS induction was from wells 1, 2 and 5, rather than 1, 2 and 4. The sample labeled "Well 4" is still a negative control.
