Summary In order to maintain cell cultures and prepare some plates for transfection, I'm going to passage the U2OS and KAH126/U2OS cultures and replace the medium in the SKNSH culture. Goals Replace medium in SKNSH culture Passage/split U2OS Passage/split KAH126/U2OS Protocol splitting/passaging cells Notes Observations, measurements, placeholder info etc. go here.
