Overview Photographing U-2 OS plate (day 1 & day 2 samples) using phase & mCherry Harvesting U-2 OS day 1 samples (2 biological replicates, 1 negative control) flow cytometry of day 1 samples TRIzol digestion of cells and storage at -80 °C Fluorescence Microscopy Well 1 Well 2 Well 3 Well 4 Well 5 Well 6 Flow Cytometry Well 1 (KAH126-MV2) Well 2 (KAH126-MV2) Well 3 (no plasmid) Results Transfection efficiency as measured by flow cytometry is ~40% for replicate A in Well 1, and ~60% for replicate B in Well 2. Total cell count is approximately 400,00 cells for Wells 1 and 2 and approximately 800,000 cells in Well 3.
