Summary Since the SKNSH cells are all showing signs of changed morphology, I'm going to be restarting their culture today with a fresh aliquot from the freezer. I'll also restart the U2OS culture while I'm at it, as that line in the incubator is starting to get old. I'll also be keeping an eye on the KAH126/U2OS culture in T-75 flasks. Once they reach confluency, they'll be transferred to 6-well plates for induction of the PcTF gene. Goals Start new SKNSH culture Start new U2OS culture Monitor KAH126/U2OS culture Protocol thawing cells Notes Results/Conclusions New U2OS and SKNSH cultures are in the incubator.
