Overview Results of sequencing of DBN007 are back, sequence results match expected sequence. Started a PS-α culture of Gal4EED-luc HEK293 by thawing cells in DMEM with 20% FBS, 1% p/s. Will switch over to a 10% FBS, 1% p/s and 1% puromycin medium when expanding into PS-β.
