08/31/2016 Finished prepping sonicated chromatin from yesterday to test on a gel. Gel looked alirght, started ChIPs for Gal4 +puro untreated Luc14 g031 Luc14 g034 50ug of chromatin per pulldown, checked concentrations today Will do all the replicates on the same day to try to reduce error 31 53 55 50 new: 38 34 45 51 40 new:64 combined the old ones, will have plenty to do Gd34, which is the chromatin prep that didn't work yesterday. Perfect! Gd 31 old won't have enoguh but I can combine it with the new chromatin prep and have plenty. To double check that the chromatin is alright, I took 10ul of each to test on a gel. Started uncrosslinking at 5:20pm
