02/19/2016 Collected the gRNA transfected Luc14 cells. Ran flow and froze the rest in lysis buffer from the gRNA extraction kit. Extracted protein following this protocol from some Luc14 cells to do a western blot to verify the anti-H3K27me3 antibody.
