03/21/2015 Cells look great, about 90% confluent Transfected, Luc14, Gal4-EED+dox for 96hours with g023, g034, g046, g048, 12 well plates, 1ug DNA/well, Lipofectamine LTX with plus reagent. Washed Gal4-EED (+dox for 96 hours) cells in T-75 flask with PBS, replaced with media without dox.
